PLEASE NOTE: This will not happen in all installations, but many school districts are using security systems that may interfere with the installation of the Windows based software by removing key files. If when installing the software you get an error that identifies the vic32.dll or paige32.dll files, that means they have been removed, therefore disabling the software. If this happens to you, please do one of the following things.

  1. Let us know so that we can resolve the problem and get a safe running program on your computer.
  2. Disable the security system before installing the software. Then enable it after the installation.
